Job summary

Joyce & Diana is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Laguna, Philippines to oversee staff and operations in the warehouse. The ideal candidate will manage warehouse productivity and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Qualified applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and 1-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics, with proficiency in Excel and experience with Warehouse Management Systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Excel with advanced functions.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods.

Skills

Proficient in Excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PIVOT)

Experience with Warehouse Management Systems

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations

Education

• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials. (FIFO SYSTEM)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.; MA or MBA is a Plus
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in excel (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PIVOT)
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes.
