Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a highly organized Raw Materials Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the receiving, storage, inventory, and issuance of raw materials used in production. The role ensures accurate records, proper material handling, and timely supply to manufacturing while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will supervise warehouse staff, coordinate with Purchasing and Production, implement 5S, monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure ERP/WMS accuracy for kraft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience with 2 years in supervision, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in corrugated box, paper, packaging, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and material handling.
• Proficiency with ERP or warehouse management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily raw materials warehouse operations.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials.
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchasing and Production.
• Enforce 5S, safety, and housekeeping standards; supervise staff; train and evaluate team.
• Prepare warehouse reports and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance for proper handling and storage.
