Job summary

Private Advertiser in Cavite seeks a highly organized Raw Materials Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and issuance of raw materials for corrugated box production, ensuring accurate records, proper handling, and timely supply to production.

You'll lead daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, implement FIFO, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and QA to ensure material availability and safe storage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in corrugated box, paper, packaging, or related manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and material handling.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the raw materials warehouse.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials such as kraft paper, starch, adhesives, inks, and other production supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Purchasing and Production to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
• Implement and maintain proper warehouse organization and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and housekeeping standards (5S).
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and prepare warehouse reports.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and material flow.
• Ensure forklifts and other warehouse equipment are properly maintained and safely operated.
