Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Material Control, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain functions.
Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong background in Kitting, Material Control, and Warehouse Operations.
Knowledge of WMS, inventory control processes, and supply chain best practices is advantageous.
Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day warehouse and production coordination, kitting, and material control operations to ensure efficient material flow.
Plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments to meet operational requirements.
Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance with coaching and development opportunities.
Establish performance goals and deadlines and clearly communicate expectations to team members.
Ensure proper inventory management, material handling, storage, issuance, and stock accuracy.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely material availability for production.
