Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in Manila seeks a Rate Card Loading Expert to ensure efficient, accurate rate loading and seamless handover from Growth to Operations. You will troubleshoot country-specific issues, coordinate with pricing and tender teams, and support automation efforts to enhance speed and quality of service.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant logistics experience, with strong Excel skills and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics or pricing support.
• Good understanding of freight forwarding concepts and rate structures.
• Strong attention to detail and data validation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel capabilities.
• Familiarity with rate loading concepts and country/network dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage handover from Growth to Operations with clear ownership and timelines.
• Clarify open points with tender managers to finalize rate card inputs.
• Troubleshoot country-specific issues related to rate cards and data gaps.
• Support Rate Loading Team with guidance and escalation coordination.
• Improve speed and accuracy of rate loading by monitoring quality and reducing rework.
• Follow up on missing rates and incomplete inputs to minimize delays.
• Maintain team documentation and share best practices.
• Support rate loading automation with process knowledge and testing input.
• Ensure SOPs, KPIs and escalation procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and country teams to address risks.
