Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding in the Philippines is seeking a Pricing Manager for Ocean Freight Forwarding to lead a pricing team and govern local pricing from spot quotes to tenders, ensuring competitiveness, profitability and alignment with global objectives.

You will collaborate with Sales, Trade Management, Procurement and Carrier teams to develop pricing frameworks, review complex structures, optimize margins, and drive tender wins while managing cost to sales and ensuring accurate data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 4–5+ years in freight forwarding/logistics with 2–3 years in a pricing leadership role.
• Fluent in English and local language where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute local and regional pricing strategies.
• Set pricing frameworks and margin guidance for customer acquisition and retention.
• Analyze trade lane performance and profitability to optimize pricing models.
• Oversee pricing for tenders, RFQs, and long-term contracts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Management, Carrier Management and Procurement to align pricing with commercial goals.
• Manage data governance for tariffs, surcharges, and pricing data.
