Quote, close, and fulfill purchase orders with a sharp focus on gross profit, align delivery dates with warehouse stock and project milestones, and communicate clearly with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep site deliveries on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial building materials or interior fit-outs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inquiries and rapid tender responses.
• Coordinate site deliveries and ensure POs are quoted, closed, and fulfilled on schedule.
• Maintain daily touchpoints with site supervisors and contractors to manage variations and payments.
