Job summary

Kl Ev India Pvt Ltd is seeking a high-energy Area Sales Manager – Rajasthan to grow our electric two-wheeler business. You will build and scale our dealer and distributor network across key cities, manage regional sales operations, and execute localized promotions to gain market share in the EV 2W segment.

The role requires 3–6 years in two-wheeler channel sales, travel up to 60%+, and strong knowledge of Rajasthan's retail automotive landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years in 2-Wheeler or Auto Ancillary channel sales.
• Willingness to travel 60%+ within Rajasthan.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential territories and appoint new 3S dealers and sub-dealers across Rajasthan.
• Evaluate dealer infrastructure and alignment with brand standards.
• Build long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure profitability.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; execute local campaigns.
• Drive relationships with EV financing partners to facilitate retail financing.
• Manage, mentor, and track Territory Sales Executives and field staff.
• Coordinate stock, vehicle dispatches, and inventory at dealer touchpoints.
• Monitor dealer billing, credit control, and report progress to regional leadership.
