Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a Fault Control Engineer to act as the frontline technical operational link between the Operation Control Center (OCC) and maintenance teams during mainline operations. The role focuses on logging, diagnosing, and coordinating immediate resolution of E&M and Facility faults across MRT-7 while enforcing safety standards.

The incumbent will log asset movement, support RAMS and predictive maintenance, and perform root-cause analyses to improve reliability and availability

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with relevant discipline.
• PRC license preferred for Engineers (Railway engineers exempt).
• Experience in technical maintenance or OCC environments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Capture, log, and classify faults in revenue operations with OCC and station staff.
• Dispatch Quick Response Teams with diagnostics for immediate recovery.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to prevent recurrence and improve RAMS metrics.
• Prepare incident reports and system availability analyses for management.
• Collaborate with RAMS and Engineering to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Record faults, WOs, and downtime in the MMS, updating SOPs as needed.
