Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Rolling Stock Technician for the MRT7 project in the Philippines. You will perform daily inspections, ensure cleanliness, and conduct scheduled service checks to maintain peak train condition.

As part of the Quick Response Team, you will respond to rolling stock incidents, follow safety protocols, and work with the Rolling Stock Engineer on train movements and maintenance coordination.

Qualifications

• Certification on Vocational Course/s or Diploma in technology-related fields.
• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics or other relevant technical fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily general inspections and ensure the interior and exterior cleanliness of the rolling stock.
• Conduct scheduled service checks at defined maintenance intervals.
• Provide initial response to rolling stock failures as part of the Quick Response Team (QRT).
• Adhere to safety protocols and industrial standards during maintenance and recovery operations.
• Coordinate with the Rolling Stock Engineer for safe train movements and depot activities.
• Update MMS with tools, equipment and parts status; assist in maintenance reports and procurement inputs.
