Job summary

San Miguel MRT-7 O&M Corporation seeks a Fault Control Engineer to serve as the frontline technical link between the Operation Control Center and maintenance teams during mainline operations. The role logs, diagnoses, and coordinates immediate resolution of E&M and facility faults to minimize downtime, enforce safety, and support RAMS and KPI attainment.

Based at MRT-7 Depot, Greater Lagro, Quezon City, the successful candidate will log assets in MMS, coordinate QRTs, and contribute to ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PRC license preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical maintenance, fault analysis, or OCC environment.
• Experience with fault analysis and reliability improvement in high-availability settings.

Responsibilities

• Capture, log, and classify E&M and Facility faults during revenue operations with OCC/staff.
• Dispatch Quick Response Teams with preliminary diagnostics and recovery actions.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to identify and prevent recurring issues.
• Prepare incident investigation reports and non-compliance documentation for management.
• Work with RAMS and Engineering teams to track recurrent failure modes and improve reliability.
• Record fault logs, WOs, downtime, and resolutions in MMS with real-time updates; document field workarounds.
