Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced R2R Leader to support complex transactions, drive process improvements, and ensure GAAP-aligned reporting. The role involves ensuring accurate consolidation, intercompany accounting, and month-end close activities within a Shared Services environment.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in Record to Report, proficiency in SAP, and strong stakeholder management skills, with excellent written and spoken English.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
• Minimum 6 years up to 8 years experience in Record to Report.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in R2R operations for complex transactions or as back-up during handover of migrated entities.
• Identify process improvement areas and ensure project completion with quality results.
• Ensure transactions and reports comply with GAAP, accounting standards, and Global Accounting Policies.
• Identify, rectify and resolve issues; document and monitor logs and action plans.
