Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an ATR Subject Matter Expert with extensive knowledge in Record to Report processes. You will support daily operations, review and approve transactions, and provide training and guidance to the team under supervision.

The role emphasizes governance, quality, and timely delivery in a shared services environment. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, CPA preferred, 4–6 years in R2R, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
• CPA license preferred.
• 4–6 years working experience in Record to Report (R2R).
• Experience in General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Month-end closing, Reconciliation, reports, consolidation and Lease Accounting.
• Experience with process migrations/transitions and project work is a plus.
• SAP exposure and Shared Services Center/BPO experience.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of RTR operations and provide support on complex transactions or back-ups during handover.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for RTR processes.
