Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care, a global leader in renal care, seeks an ATR Subject Matter Expert to uphold Record to Report processes in the Manila area. You will oversee R2R operations, review transactions, provide guidance, and lead process improvements within a collaborative team.

The role requires strong accounting foundation, CPA preferred, and 4–6 years in RTR with SAP experience. You will contribute to audits, training, and project initiatives while ensuring GAAP compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Accounting or Finance with strong general ledger, intercompany and month-end closing exposure.
• CPA license preferred; proven crisis management and stakeholder management track record.
• Finance and accounting experience with GAAP, reports and consolidation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth RTR knowledge; support R2R operations for complex transactions.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for RTR processes.
• Create and deliver trainings to enhance team knowledge and performance.
• Identify process improvements and drive corrective actions; support audits as required.
• Collaborate with the team to address customer needs and ensure GAAP compliance.
