Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Interface Manager for GBS Finance and Accounting to lead global close governance, drive standardized month‑end processes, and ensure timely escalation of issues across locations. Hybrid work arrangement is available.

You will support end‑to‑end R2R operations, ensure GAAP compliance, manage internal controls, audits, and process improvements, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality close outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA certification preferred.
• 6–8 years of R2R experience in Shared Services or BPO.
• Experience with GAAP, IFRS, SAP, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Owns global close governance, readiness, escalation.
• Standardize close processes across locations for efficiency.
• Escalate blockers and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Investigate, log, and drive corrective actions.
• Support R2R operations with review and approval of complex transactions.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and Global Accounting Policies.
