Job summary

SGS Philippines invites an experienced R2R Supervisor to lead day-to-day Record to Report operations from our Alabang, Muntinlupa office. You will oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and external reporting in line with SLAs and governance.

You will drive process maturity, standardization, and automation, coach a growing team, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years in Record to Report or shared services.
• CPA or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Solid month-end close, balance sheet reconciliation, and internal controls.
• Experience supervising accounting teams and workload management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R operations across in-scope countries.
• Ensure timely, accurate R2R deliverables per SLAs and policies.
• Review and approve journals, reconciliations, schedules, and reports.
• Coordinate month-end close and monitor deadlines with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and automation for efficiency and controls.
• Coach and develop the R2R team and manage capacity.
