Job summary

SGS Philippines is seeking an experienced Record to Report (R2R) Supervisor to lead day-to-day R2R operations. You will ensure accurate month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting in line with SLAs and governance across in-scope countries.

Reporting to the R2R Manager, you will drive process maturity, standardization, automation, and a culture of accountability, coaching the team and coordinating with affiliates and cross-functional groups to deliver high-quality financial outputs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Record to Report, general accounting, or shared services.
• Solid background in month-end close, reconciliations, journals, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end R2R operations across in-scope countries including month-end close, reconciliations, and external/management reporting.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of R2R activities in line with SLAs, KPIs, policies, and governance.
• Review and approve journals, reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documents; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate month-end close, monitor deadlines, and drive timely deliverables with affiliates and cross-functional teams.
• Drive process excellence, standardization, and automation; support finance transformation and dashboard adoption.
