Job summary

SGS (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Record to Report Supervisor in the Philippines to lead day-to-day R2R operations across countries, ensure timely month-end close, reconciliations, and GAAP-compliant reporting under SLA and governance. Reporting to the R2R Manager, you will drive process maturity and a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred but not required.
8–10 years of experience in Record to Report or related finance functions.
Strong month-end close, reconciliations, journals, and internal controls background.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end R2R operations across in-scope countries, including close, reconciliations, and reporting.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant R2R deliverables per SLAs and governance.
Review and approve journals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Coordinate month-end close activities and manage dependencies with affiliates.
Drive process improvement and automation to raise efficiency and controls.
Coach and develop the R2R team and monitor performance.
