Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Record to Report Associate to support financial reporting for group entities, covering statutory and management reporting. You will focus on accurate transaction recording, account reconciliations, and timely month-end closings to maintain data integrity.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and has experience in R2R or financial reporting, with strong attention to detail and good analytical and communication

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Record to Report (R2R) or Financial Reporting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a highly transactional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily accounting operations for highly transactional entities with accuracy and efficiency
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including period close activities as applicable
• Record and process financial transactions accurately and on time
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support statutory and management financial reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with operational controls and service level agreements
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing required financial information and documentation
• Maintain accurate and reliable financial records and data
• Coordinate with relevant teams to address accounting and reporting concerns
