Job summary

Marigold Manufacturing Corporation in Pasig City is hiring an R&D Product Development Assistant to support product development through testing, documentation, research, and trials to help launch new SKUs and evaluate materials.

Responsibilities include assisting in new product development, conducting regulatory research, evaluating materials for safety and quality, preparing technical docs, and supporting FDA registrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
• 2-3 years in food manufacturing setup; preferably with thermal processing, retort operation, and meat processing experience
• Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn
• Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
• Knowledge in regulatory and food safety standards is a plus
• Passionate about food and food preparation
