Are you a detail-oriented professional with a strong technical background in food science or engineering? We are looking for an R&D Supervisor for Documentation to manage, review, and maintain critical product data and costing inputs in our Pasig City facility!

What You Will Do

• Data Consolidation: Collect, review, and maintain all technical documents, raw material specifications, process flows, and recovery data generated by the R&D team.
• Recipe & Costing Support: Manage structural recipe sheets, cross-verify costing inputs, and provide background support for accurate product pricing.
• Timeline Management: Track R&D program schedules and coordinate client submission documents to ensure smooth approvals.
• Quality Review: Maintain impeccable data integrity so that production lines can execute new formulas flawlessly.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Industrial Engineering, or any related technical field.
• Experience: At least 2 to 4 years of solid experience in an R&D documentation, Quality Assurance (QA), or costing support role.
• Industry Edge: Prior background within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly preferred.
• Traits: Hyper-organized, highly analytical, and possesses a sharp eye for detail and data discrepancies.

WORK SCHEDULE & CONDITIONS

• Location: Pasig City (On-site / Plant-based)
• Schedule: 6 days a week | Must be open to working shifting schedules and holiday timelines to support active product testing phases.
