• Collaborate with Production, QA, and QC teams for smooth process transfer.
• Troubleshoot process and production-related issues.

• Maintain proper R&D documentation, reports, and records.
• Support patent documentation and technical reports where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
