Job summary

Seema Finechem Industry LLP in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai seeks a Research & Development Executive to lead development of new chemical products and optimization of formulations. You will perform lab experiments, analyze data, and document results, driving process improvements and smooth tech transfer to production.

The role requires a strong foundation in organic chemistry, hands-on experimentation, and collaboration with QA/QC teams, with emphasis on safety and regulatory practices.
