Job summary

The ideal candidate is a licensed chemist or chemical engineer with strong analytical and leadership skills and a track record across manufacturing or construction materials.

Qualifications

• Licensed Chemist or Chemical Engineer required.
• 35 years of experience in R&D, laboratory operations, product development, or process engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, chemical, or industrial industries preferred.
• Experience across multiple industries including manufacturing, construction materials, chemical, or industrial sectors is required.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing, technical analysis, and ISO standards is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
