The role emphasizes bench science and product development, with opportunities to advance toward Senior Research Chemist and collaborations with CROs and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or closely related field.
• 0 to 3 years of laboratory-based research or formulation experience; fresh graduates with strong academic research encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct scientific experiments, formulation trials, and technical studies as directed by the CSO.
• Develop and test prototype cosmetic formulations and iterate based on evaluation data.
• Support feasibility assessments for novel ingredients and emerging cosmetic technologies.
• Perform physico-chemical analyses on materials and products according to SOPs.
• Develop, validate, and document analytical methods; maintain calibration logs.
• Coordinate stability testing and compile data to support product claims and regulatory submissions.
