Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in food manufacturing R&D, strong Excel and ERP skills, and knowledge of GMP/HACCP. Immediate start is preferred, with opportunities for promotion and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing R&D or technical administration; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, product costing, and data management.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and industrial recipe scaling.
• Strong documentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Santolan, Pasig City
• Available to start immediately

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain technical documentation for product development.
• Prepare and organize SOPs, recipe formulations, costing profiles, and regulatory records.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of R&D documents and technical data.
• Support the transition of culinary concepts into scaled production.
• Coordinate with R&D, production, and other teams to ensure smooth product development.
• Analyze and manage product data, costing, and documentation using Excel and ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
