Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing R&D or technical administration.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, product costing, and data management.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and industrial recipe scaling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee documentation of SOPs, recipe formulations, costing profiles, and regulatory records.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy of technical data supporting product development.
• Act as liaison between culinary concept and scaled production.
• Manage and analyze product costing and technical reports.
• Supervise documentation team and enforce standards for data management.
