Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Pasig City is seeking an R&D Supervisor focused on documentation to support our food tech team. On-site role with 6-day schedules including weekends.

You will consolidate, review, and maintain technical documents, costing inputs, and reports such as raw material specs, process flows, recipes, and client submissions. Bachelor’s degree required; 2–4 years in related roles preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical course

Responsibilities

• Consolidate, review, and maintain all technical documents, costing inputs, and reports generated by the R&D team (raw material specs, process flows, recoveries, recipe sheets).
• Coordinate costing support and client submission documents; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
