Job summary

Recruitify_HR invites applications for a Food R&D Documentation Supervisor at a Pasig City on-site facility. You will oversee SOPs, recipe formulations, costing profiles, and regulatory records to support product development in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Food Technology or related field, 3–5 years in food manufacturing R&D or technical administration, supervisory experience preferred, and strong Excel/ERP/product costing/data management with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing R&D or technical administration.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, product costing, and data management.
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and industrial recipe scaling.

Responsibilities

Oversee documentation of SOPs, recipe formulations, costing profiles, and regulatory records.
Ensure compliance and accuracy of technical data supporting product development.
Act as liaison between culinary concept and scaled production.
Manage and analyze product costing and technical reports.
Supervise documentation team and enforce standards for data management.
