Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in Pasig is seeking a detail‑oriented R&D documentation specialist to consolidate, review, and maintain technical documents, costing inputs, and reports from the R&D team.

A Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is required, with 2–4 years in R&D documentation, QA, or costing support in food or FMCG. Work: 6 days with shifting/weekend schedules.

Responsible for consolidating, reviewing, and maintaining all technical documents, costing inputs, and reports generated by the R&D team. This includes raw material specs, process flows, recoveries, recipe sheets, costing support, program schedules, and client submission documents.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical course

Experience

At least 2–4 years in R&D documentation, QA, or costing support role (preferably food or FMCG)

Salary Range

25K-30K

6 days, should be open to shifting and weekend schedules
