Job summary

ArchEn Technologies, Inc. in Pasay City seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs from mobilization to completion, including cost estimation, billing, and cost control to safeguard profitability.

You will perform detailed quantity take-offs from IFC drawings, develop DUPAs, monitor expenditures, prepare monthly progress billings, and handle variation orders and subcontractor cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed engineer is an advantage, but not required.
• 2–3 years of construction experience, contractor side preferred.
• Experience in quantity surveying and billing on site.

Responsibilities

• Executing quantity take-offs and project costing from IFC drawings.
• Developing DUPA and budgets; update unit costs based on site conditions.
• Controlling and monitoring costs; deliver regular cost status reports.
• Managing progress billing and revenue generation monthly.
• Administering variation orders and claims with documentation.
• Managing subcontractor costs and ensuring budget compliance.
• Coordinating financial reporting with project teams and procurement.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.
