- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes.
- Willingness to work onsite in Cebu IT Park, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

Day-to-day, you perform detailed take-offs, prepare BOQs, evaluate supplier quotations, and monitor project cost movement against approved baselines. You operate within defined scopes, documented workflows, and structured reporting cycles aligned with offshore delivery standards.

- 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or construction cost control
- Hands-on experience preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project cost reports
- Exposure to construction, interior fit-out, joinery, or cabinet manufacturing projects
- Working knowledge of cost estimation tools and advanced MS Excel
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and scopes
- Willingness to work onsite in Cebu IT Park, 6:00 AM-3:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Experience supporting tender preparation and bid evaluation
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drawing platforms
- Experience monitoring variations, claims, and change orders
