Job summary

GoTeam is seeking a Construction Estimator to own bid numbers for a growing portfolio of projects. You will work from drawings to final estimates, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and vendors to ensure accurate, competitive proposals.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, practical use of estimating software, and adherence to procurement processes aligned with client requirements. Onsite training and hybrid work after the initial period are provided.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Construction Estimator in the construction industry
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam) and MS Excel for cost calculations
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects

IT Park, Cebu | Hybrid (Onsite for first 3 months of training, hybrid after) | 11:00 PM–8:00 AM PHT, Monday–Friday

Note: This role requires onsite reporting for the first 3 months of training. Hybrid work begins after training is completed.

You own the numbers behind every bid for a growing portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects — from quantity takeoffs to final proposal. Your work follows established estimating standards, cost-analysis methods, and procurement processes aligned with project and client requirements.

You work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and vendors to build estimates that are accurate, competitive, and grounded in real project requirements. Best suited for professionals who thrive on detail, know their way around estimating software, and value precision over guesswork.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of proven experience as a Construction Estimator in the construction industry
• Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, PlanSwift, Bluebeam) and MS Excel for accurate cost calculations
• A strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes

• The ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Budget Oversight & Communication

You own budget accuracy and keep everyone informed along the way.

• Develop and manage project budgets, including cost‑saving and value engineering input
• Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and related correspondence for reference and auditing
• Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to clarify requirements and provide cost-related updates
