Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in finance, business, compliance or risk management.
• Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to identify and assess compliance risks and escalate issues when needed.
• Experience in process improvement or project management within compliance or risk.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to give actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Operate within the compliance org with focus on process oversight and quality assurance reviews.
• Collaborate with operations to improve processes and uptrain the team on AML/CFT trends.
• Review controls and ensure performance of risk mitigation efforts.
• Provide actionable feedback with recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular QA reviews to assess accuracy and effectiveness of assessments.
• Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistency in decision making and identify automation opportunities.
