Western Union is seeking an Analyst for Quality Review (ILP) in Quezon City, Philippines. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on process oversight, QA reviews, and uptraining teams on AML/TF trends to ensure compliant, accurate assessments.

The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to communicate feedback clearly to stakeholders. It involves data-driven analysis and collaboration with operations for continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in AML/Compliance or risk management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate within the compliance org focusing on process oversight and quality assurance reviews.
• Collaborate with operations to improve processes and uptrain teams on AML/TF trends.
• Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to stakeholders to maintain and improve processes.
• Conduct QA reviews to assess accuracy of assessments and risk mitigation efforts.
• Identify risks in customer activities and escalate concerns when necessary to ensure compliance.
