Job summary

Western Union is seeking a Compliance QA professional in the Philippines to oversee the compliance program with emphasis on QA reviews and process improvements. You will train teams on ML/TF trends and coordinate with operations to ensure controls perform as expected.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to identify risks during ECDD reviews, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Bank Secrecy Act, AML Compliance, or risk-based compliance preferred.
• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews within the compliance program.
• Provide actionable feedback to stakeholders to improve processes.
• Conduct regular QA reviews to assess accuracy of risk assessments.
• Analyze customer activity to identify risks and escalate when needed.
• Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistent decision-making.
