Western Union is seeking a Compliance QA professional in the Philippines to oversee the compliance program with emphasis on QA reviews and process improvements. You will train teams on ML/TF trends and coordinate with operations to ensure controls perform as expected.
The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to identify risks during ECDD reviews, escalating when necessary.
In this role, you will operate within the compliance organization with a primary focus on process oversight. This includes performing quality assurance reviews, working closely with operations team to improve the process, uptraining the team on existing and emerging ML/TF trends, reviewing related controls and making sure they are performing as expected.
