Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in financial services preferred.
• 2 years of experience in AML Compliance, Bank Secrecy Act, or risk-based compliance preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven culture.
• Ability to identify compliance risks and elevate when appropriate.
• Experience using comprehensive mainframe systems.
• Experience making independent work-related decisions incorporating company policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of AML risk.

• Experience in conducting public database research.
