Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions Philippines seeks a seasoned professional to create quality and process training programs, ensure quality control standards are met, and manage data for reports across medical services.

You will coach project managers, drive data-driven improvements, and oversee the performance of direct reports. A BA/BS with 5 years of related experience and strong skills in data management, statistics and reporting are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with at least 5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with data management, statistical analysis, performance metrics and reporting.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills for project managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Create quality and process training programs for staff.
• Ensure quality control standards are met and monitor service levels.
• Develop budgets and cost controls for quality initiatives.
• Obtain and analyze data on quality standards for reporting.
• Hire, train, coach, counsel and evaluate direct reports.
