Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions Philippines seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to join the PMO and drive initiatives aligned with business goals. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with HR, Finance, Real Estate, and leadership to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of facilities.

The candidate should have a BA/BS in a related field with 5–8 years PM/PMO experience, preferably in a healthcare-adjacent or BPO environment, and PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and 5–8 years of process or project experience with significant budget responsibilities.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management in BPO settings.
• Experience leading projects and strong stakeholder management.
• Cross-functional collaboration and process redesign experience.
• Performance management and process improvement experience.
• Healthcare background preferred.
• Certified Project Management Professional preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement projects and programs to support business goals.
• Ensure efficient use of training rooms, production space, and meeting rooms.
• Serve as PMO point of contact; coordinate with Business, HR, Finance, and Real Estate; liaise with Carelon Global Solutions Philippines leadership.
• Coordinate transition timelines with business needs.
• Manage demand and supply tracking and resource planning.
• Lead design of processes and systems to support business needs.
• Identify best practices and integrate functions and processes.
• Build support for business change and align leaders' priorities.
