Job summary

Carelon Global Solutions Philippines is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to drive end-to-end initiatives within a healthcare/BPO context. The role coordinates PMO activities, aligns with business and support functions, and delivers program updates to leadership across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience, ideally within a BPO Healthcare/outsourcing environment.
• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale, cross-functional projects within a sizable organization.
• PMP certification (active/valid) required.
• Demonstrated experience managing U.S. healthcare-related projects, with understanding of applicable processes and compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support business unit and enterprise goals.
• Ensure training rooms, production space, meeting rooms, etc. are being efficiently utilized.
• Serve as the PMO point of contact; coordinate with Business and support functions to ensure work runs smoothly and provide program updates.
• Ensure transition timelines are in coordination with business needs and stakeholders.
• Lead and design processes and systems that support business needs and drive change.
• Identify best practices and design methods for integrating functions and processes.
• Build support for business change and align leaders' priorities with journey plans.
