Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Quality Manager to lead our quality operations, ensuring programs consistently meet metrics and SLAs. You will mentor teams, drive process improvements, and provide data-driven insights to upper management across our Manila-based operations.

You will collaborate with QA leaders to resolve issues, conduct audits, and develop measurable action plans that raise overall service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in quality management in a BPO (preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of performance data management and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
• Ability to cultivate productive business relationships.
• Drive to secure results and achieve excellence.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide direct reports and consult stakeholders on quality.
• Support service and process improvement programs.
• Monitor program metrics and provide operational insights and recommendations.
• Conduct audits, report findings, and propose improvements.
• Create metric-driven determinations for operational success.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance leaders to resolve issues.
• Develop actionable plans to address areas for improvement.
