Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a Quality Management Manager to oversee quality control and assurance, ensuring products and services meet established standards and customer expectations.

You will lead QMS implementation, audits, documentation, KPI tracking and stakeholder liaison with certifying bodies to drive cost optimization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Establish, audit and improve the company's Quality Management System
• Conduct Internal Quality Audit on scheduled dates to check compliance to established processes and ISO standards, including crafting and releasing of audit reports
• Guide process owners on process documentation including revisions
• Guide process owners on the improvement of their processes
• Support the department in coming up with an audit plan, scheduling of management review meetings, taking minutes and releasing reports
• Validate departmental performance versus set KPIs
• Report to top management on the performance of QMS implementation and act as a liaison on the certifying bodies
• Guide other departments with their respective process improvement initiatives that will result to cost optimization or to the achievement of their set goals/objectives
• Provide guidelines to ensure compliance of the QMS requirements
• Maintain strict confidentiality on all internal data or information integral to the success and continuity of the company
