About the role
The Quality Management Representative (QMR) is responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the Company's Quality Management System (QMS). The QMR ensures that quality requirements, company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable standards are properly implemented across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Establish, implement, maintain, and monitor the Company's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Create, review, update, and control QMS policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, and other quality documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards, company policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
- Plan and coordinate internal audits and monitor the closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
- Monitor and document nonconformities and quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor the quality of suppliers, products, and services, including electronic parts, accessories, cable assembly, and PCB-related services.
- Prepare quality reports and QMS performance updates for Management.
- Conduct or coordinate QMS training and quality awareness activities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend appropriate actions.
- Assist in Management Reviews and external audits and coordinate with auditors or certification bodies as authorized.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS requirements.
- Experience in document control, internal audit, corrective action, and process improvement.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality documentation/reporting tools.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
- Experience in electronics, manufacturing, trading, distribution, or procurement is an advantage.
- Knowledge of supplier/vendor quality management is an advantage.
- Preferably with experience in Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Assurance, or Quality Control.
