Tri-Dimension Metal Fabrication in Laguna, Biñan, Philippines seeks a Quality Management Officer to ensure processes and products meet company standards, approved drawings, project specifications, and customer requirements. You will support QMS, conduct inspections, maintain quality reports, NCRs, and drive continuous improvement, coordinating with production and other departments.

We are looking for a Quality Management Officer who will help ensure that our metal fabrication processes and finished products consistently meet company standards, approved drawings, project specifications, and customer requirements.
Monitor and support the implementation of the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
Conduct and coordinate in-process and final quality inspections of fabricated products.
Check finished and ongoing works against approved drawings, specifications, dimensions, and quality requirements.
Identify defects, non-conformities, and process issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality checklists, NCRs, corrective action reports, and other quality documents.
Monitor recurring quality issues and assist in conducting root cause analysis / Why-Why Analysis.
Coordinate with Production, Operations, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments regarding quality concerns.
Assist in establishing and improving quality standards, procedures, checklists, and inspection methods.
Assist in conducting quality audits and process inspections.
Recommend improvements to reduce defects, rework, material wastage, and customer complaints.
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, Industrial Technology, or any related course.
Experience in QA/QC, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or Metal Fabrication is an advantage.
Ability to read and understand technical/fabrication drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of basic inspection and measuring tools such as vernier caliper, micrometer, tape measure, and other measuring instruments.
Familiarity with quality control procedures, NCR, corrective action, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work in both office and production/fabrication areas.
