Job summary

CT-Bond Decorative Materials in Calamba, Philippines, is seeking a QA/QC Inspector for façade projects to ensure quality across installation and testing onsite. You will verify shop drawings and maintain comprehensive QA/QC records, contributing to continuous improvement of methods and accuracy.

Minimum 1 year of experience in façade, curtain wall, glazing, or cladding projects is required, with a proven track record in inspection and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in façade, curtain wall, glazing, or cladding projects.
• Proven track record in inspection, quality control, and documentation within façade installation or aluminum and glass works.
• Familiar with façade system components — aluminum profiles, unitized systems, stick systems, ACP, louvers, and glass panels.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the quality of all works, installation, and testing carried out at the project site.
• Verifies the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification and design.
• Maintain and update QA/QC records — including checklists, test reports, NCRs, and corrective action records.
• Record daily inspection findings and photographic evidence for QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate with the fabrication team for any deviation or rework required.
• Provide feedback to improve work methods, fabrication accuracy, and installation sequence.

Job Qualifications
