Job summary

WALL VISION CORPORATION in Puerto Princesa is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator/Inspector to support quality control on new building or repair projects. You will create and apply QA/QC plans and verify materials and workmanship to ensure conformance with drawings and specs.

Responsibilities include inspecting glass panels, frames, sealants, and hardware; monitoring production; conducting on-site checks for curtain walls, windows, and doors; maintaining inspection records; and coordinating with project

Responsibilities

Plan & Prepare: Create and apply QA/QC plans for new building or repair projects.
Inspect Materials: Check incoming glass panels, aluminum frames, sealants, and hardware for correct sizes, thickness, and defects.
Monitor Factory Production: Oversee assembly lines to make sure fabrication matches approved shop drawings and tolerances.
Conduct Site Checks: Inspect on-site installations (such as curtain walls, windows, and glass doors) for proper alignment, sealing, and fixing.
Manage Documentation: Keep records of test reports, material certificates, and inspection checklists.
Handle Non-Conformance: Issue reports if materials or work fail standards and track corrective fixes.
Coordinate Teams: Work with project managers, factory supervisors, and clients to resolve quality issues.
