Job summary

Zohorecruit in Metro Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator/ISO Compliance Consultant to support our Australian-based consultancy. You will draft management system documentation, conduct gap analyses, and maintain compliance registers for multiple clients across industries.

What You’ll Do includes drafting Quality, Environmental, and OHS manuals and SOPs, reviewing gaps against ISO standards, and preparing internal audit checklists for leadership approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of QA or compliance experience.
• Basic understanding of Annex SL and core ISO 9001/14001/45001 requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office and cloud-based PM tools like Trello or Asana.
• Strong written and verbal English to translate technical notes into procedures.

Responsibilities

• Draft and update Quality, Environmental, and OHS Manuals, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Conduct gap analyses against ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018 standards.
• Prepare internal audit checklists and draft management review minutes.
• Maintain client registers, non-conformance logs, CAPA, and training matrices.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Cordinator/ISO Compliance Consultant to support our Australian-based consultancy. What You’ll Do

• Documentation Drafting: Create and update Quality, Environmental, and OHS Manuals, Standard Operating
  
• Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions based on established Australian templates.Gap Analysis Support:Review client information to identify missing requirements against ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 45001:2018 standards.
  
• Audit Preparation:Prepare internal audit checklists and draft management review minutes for the Lead Consultant’s final approval.
  
• Compliance Maintenance: Manage and monitor client registers, including non-conformance logs, corrective action reports (CAPA), and training matrices.
  
• Document Control: Ensure all project files follow strict version control and naming conventions in the shared cloud drive (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint).
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or a compliance-related role.
  
• ISO Knowledge: Basic understanding of Annex SL (high-level structure) and the core requirements of 9001, 14001, or 45001.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio) and cloud-based project management tools like Trello or Asana.
  
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to turn technical notes into clear business procedures.
