Job summary

Atlas Fertilizer Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Laboratory Manager to oversee the entire QC lab operations in Toledo City, Cebu. The role focuses on ensuring accurate analyses, compliant results, and efficient service to support production.

The ideal candidate will have a Chemistry degree, a Registered Chemist license, and at least five years in an analytical lab, with strong leadership and safety commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry is required.
• Registered Chemist certification required or eligible.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical laboratory.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements and GLP.
• Proficient in MS Office and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage QC laboratory operations, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timely analyses.
• Manage budget, resources, and laboratory performance monitoring.
• Lead and develop laboratory personnel with emphasis on safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and certification of analytical results.
