Job summary

Genetron International Marketing in the Philippines seeks a Lab Supervisor to lead daily laboratory operations, ensuring accurate testing and stringent quality control for finished goods and waste management services.

You will coordinate workflow, maintain records, and drive compliant, safe lab practices while supporting operational excellence and reliable results for clients in Bulacan.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising laboratory operations, quality control, or a related technical function.
• Knowledge of laboratory testing, quality assurance, and control processes.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess the accuracy and reliability of results.
• Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate daily activities and maintain accurate operational records.
• Relevant qualifications in laboratory science, chemistry, environmental science, or a related discipline are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laboratory operations and coordinate workflow to support timely and accurate results.
• Oversee quality control activities for finished goods and products.
• Monitor testing and analysis processes to ensure reliability and consistency.
• Support quality control for waste management treatment services.
• Maintain laboratory procedures, records, and documentation in line with operational and quality requirements.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate corrective actions to maintain service quality.
• Promote safe, organised, and efficient laboratory practices.
